trial or no trial?

In this clan, do we get like trialled or anythin or do we just automatically become 'in the clan'?

well if we see you playing during a match while we are there then we will keep an eye out on how well your doing in k/d ratio and then we tell you if we want you in the clan or if to hold out and get better then we can discuss but if we cant get you in a match then we will test you alone and most of the time if you win your in but if you dont then we look at the score and if you were close then we will prolly let you in but if you arent close to are k/d ratio then we will tell you to get better (practice) then again we can discuss your membership
