Creat a platoon and the # of TA

TA member should be at 30./ here about my platoon stuff.

cold_______iron =are the top leader/ commander

fulro...................Erry = are the platoon group leader

platoon #1, Platoon#3, > this the squad of TA member / this is my idea about grouping each TA member into group
platoon#2, Platoon#4

each platoon have 5 member and a platoon leader

Just asking...
How can we have two captains lead four platoons? If there's one platoon leader per platoon?

yeah. maybe we could have lts. leading platoons as well?

also, we'd have to figure out what the upper-rank members would really do. for example, a major. would he control two platoons? three? a division?

also, i think that for the whole platoon idea to work, we need to recruit some more people and balance the ranks a little, or we're going to have more officers than lower-rank members.

Not a bad idea you got there Fulro and Anendor. we'll work on it, and see how it goes.

Platoon organization:
[platoon commander - rank of Lt. and up]
[experienced vet player - rank of Sgt-ish]
noobs - Pvts, Cpls, etc.

cuz then you have a fight b/w lieutenant and a major:

"I'M IN COMMAND"
"NO I AM"
"f*** YOU"
"F*** YOU"
"... let's get drunk."

you get the idea.
so maybe split things up: division --> unit --> battalion --> platoon
so there's no command conflicts.

two commander = iron and cold

company leader= the Cpt.

the platoon= 5ppl the the leader of platoon is the best man that can be cooperate wit team well and advise a platoon and coordate them in battle well

but, it probably wouldn't work in a setting where clan members are supposed to be respectful to each other.
fulro, what about all the people in between? (majors, etc.)

this is what i mean. you can't just have ONE command line.
you need multiple lines, for smooth operation.

Ok here we go. commander of TA iron and cold

company make out of 3 platoon

company commander is Erry and fulro

if TA have 30member.

1st company= platoon #1 #2 #3 /2nd company= platoon # 4 #5 #6

platoon leader is either commander or major second in command is leutinant. the rest is ur man/ dont like man die in battle

i mean let

each platoon have it own special ability to operation like CW wat skill they like to use.

if we bring all out war then be ta the TA have 2 company. or u want to 4 company

Fulro please take some English lessons.

But i still like his idea, although ya gotta remember that the max is like a 4/5 person team on most servers.

We'll probably wait to see if any other ideas for this platoon thing comes up.
We'll give it a shot and work it out.

iron and i are trying to figure out somethings on how to run this thingy and try it out cuz we both agreed that it sounds lieka a great idea but we still have to discuss on whos gunna run what and so on and so forth
