How about this?

Here's how this works.

Each platoon has two half's. The first half will of the platoon will go to fight, when they engage in an attack the second half will go to give them back up. ( to cover there asses)

In the beginning of the scrim the Commanders will decide witch platoon best co-insides with the opposite team. (Witch platoon has the best skills to mach the opponent)

There will be one, possibly even two Commanders in combat to guide each platoon.
(also to make the teams even)

RULES:

1.) Remember your Platoon number.
2.) Remember which Half you are in.
3.) Try to get along with your team mate.
4.) Stay with your team mate untill you engage an atack with the opponent.

platoon leader are in platoon iron if u the leader of all platoon that mean u form a Company.

Kinda wish I could be in a platoon with Anendor but whatever, I guess I came a little late

thats a good one there iron i like it but fulro has a point there should be a leader for each platoon not just you and me thtas what i was saying when i said that we need to AAR some more members so we can get everything in order cuz we have tomany Pvt.

if the commanding officer of our platoon is absent, do we take over?
in other words, let's say there's a member from platoon 1 and platoon 2 in eC TW. One is a Cpl, the other is a Pvt. Since they're not from the same platoon, would the private have to obey the corporal?

also, are we going to enlarge the platoons as we go along?
like, add more members to each one?

The highest rank will have the right to give orders to them.

Lock is not yet apart of |TA|.

how about we add each platoon as a group to the "groups" menu?
so everyone can see which platoon everyone else is in.
it would make things organized.

there is only one group listed, "Moderators."
but if there was a group for, say, platoon 1, platoon 2, and platoon 3, as well as for divisions, etc., it would make things more organized.
